If you’d told us 5 years ago this is where we’d be, it was a pipe dream – a castle in the sky kinda thing. A soft ipa has become part of our repertoire, it has a huge malt bill, creating a pillowy soft base to carry all those big hops we love to use. Expect super citrus zinging and sun-kissed tropical fruits with a warm hint of ginger. It’s all about flavour and fun because it’s only beer, right….
Using two new hops, HP065 bringing lime, ginger and pineapple, which a slight spice forward character and nelson Bliss which is giving guava, sweet citrus and nectarine.
