Hops harvested as a new moon passed over the Eggers hop gardens in New Zealand’s Moutere Valley, and brewed under the the harvest moon here in the Lakes, as part of the New Moon Harvest 2026 global brews.
This DIPA is big, juicy and bursting with everything you’d want from a hop heavy beer. This rare hop is bringing high intensity of grapefruit and citrus which leads into a layered tropical profile. A green, fresh character underpins the fruit, with dank notes adding a bold resinous edge. If that doesn’t get you howling at the moon, we don’t know what will.
